Today’s Bank of America rates for 30 years fixed is 4.25% and they also add 1.625% points. Look at the APR on the right, when you add all the closing costs to the rate, that’s a huge difference between what they claim to have to the market rate.

Compared to Bank of America, we offer current market rate with no points. Just a $500 flat fee.

30 years fixed – 4.0% // APR – 4.091%

15 years fixed – 3.625% // APR – 3.738%

Rates for cash-out/debt consolidation is about 0.125% to 0.25% higher.
