I just helped a client to get 4.25% rate for his 15 years fixed mortgage. He wanted to see if you could do a cash out loan on his home. Unfortunately, he was close to the 80% Loan to Value ratio so it wouldn’t make sense for him to take out a little bit of cash from his home.
