Newly released data for mortgage application came out today. Mortgage loan application increased about 2.2% last month on a seasonally adjusted basis. Refinance application was up 4.9% this week while purchase application was down by 3.7%.

Here is what Bank of America is offering today. They are offering 30 years fixed at 4.75% with 1.25 points for buy down.

Today’s market rates from Mylendingplace are:

15 year fixed rate: 4.25% // APR – 4.312%

30 year fixed rate: 4.75% // APR – 4.814%
